We can usually give you an accurate quote without needing to come out straight away, as long as we have a few photos to go on.

Here's what's helpful to send over:

How it works

From enquiry to first charge



Step 1: Get in touch

Tell us where you are based and what vehicle you drive. We will ask a few simple questions to understand what you need.



Step 2: Site survey

We carry out a full site survey, either by visit or by you sending us some photos of the installation location, your main cut-out fuse, and your existing consumer unit. This allows us to assess the best and safest location for your charger.



Step 3: DNO confirmation

Before installation can take place, we confirm with your local Distribution Network Operator that a charger can be installed at your property. We handle this on your behalf.



Step 4: Free quote

Once the survey is complete and DNO confirmation is in place, we provide a clear, honest quote with no hidden costs.



Step 5: Installation & sign-off

We install and test the charger to the highest standard, provide full certification, and submit to building control where required. You are ready to charge.



How long does installation take?

Most home EV charger installations are completed within a day. We will give you a clear timeframe when we quote.

Do I need permission to install a home charger?

In most cases planning permission is not required for a home EV charger. We handle the necessary notifications and submissions to building control on your behalf.

What is a DNO and why does it matter?

Your Distribution Network Operator is the company responsible for the electricity network in your area. Before installing a charger, we need to confirm with them that your property's supply can support it. We handle this as part of our process.

Will I receive a certificate on completion?

Yes. All EV charger installations come with full certification and are submitted to building control on completion.

Can I choose my own charger brand?

Yes. If you have a preferred brand in mind just let us know. If you are not sure, we can advise on the best option for your vehicle and property.

Does my consumer unit need upgrading first?

Not always. We will assess this as part of the site survey and let you know if any additional work is needed before installation.

Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. All inspection and compliance work comes with the relevant certification. For EICRs you will receive a full written report. For consumer unit upgrades and rewires you will receive a completion certificate.

How much does it cost?

First time was a booked job replacing all my flickering light pendants that my Barratt Homes new build electricians failed to twice. The job was fast, they arrived on time, when they said and fixed the issue replacing all 6 pendants for exactly the price they estimated. 2nd time was a crisis where i pulled down a friends bathroom pulley light.
